About the Boys and Girls Club

Mission Statement

To provide a safe, supportive place where children and youth can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships and develop confidence and skills for life.

Our Belief

We believe Every Kid has potential and the role of the community is to foster that potential.

The Boys and Girls Club is:

The BGC is a non-profit, charitable organization. We are community based, so each BGC works for the betterment of the children of their community. We are an organization supported by the community, for the community.

The BGC is a safe place for youth to go under the guidance/supervision of qualified staff. Our programs are developed and led by graduates who understand how to provide support and develop effective communication with children of all ages. All staff are trained in helping children grow to their fullest potential.

The BGC offers an environment to learn, grow, mature and be appreciated. Growing up today can be a very stressful and confusing experience. We understand this and we strive to let all our members know that we sincerely care and are always here for advice, having fun, or just listening.

The BGC is a place that belongs to each and every youth in the community and surrounding area. Our doors and hearts are open to all youth!
